My Prayer For You


May not have lived it as you do

Still, I can understand your view

May not know what you're going through

But, I can still say prayers for you


If you are especially lonely

I'll pray God sends you company

Better yet, if you are free

Would you like a visit from me?


If sick or tired; not feeling best

I'll pray the Lord will give you rest

When life has left you most distressed

I'll pray that you'll be richly blessed


When you're not sure which is best route

My prayer's that God removes all doubt

When for so long you've done without

Then prayer will be Lord ends the drought


In times when worries haven't ceased

I'll ask the Lord to grant you peace

If others make you feel the least

Pray that your confidence increased


If someone close has betrayed you

I'll pray God shows you love that's true

If circumstances make you blue

Pray God restores a joyful view


If jealousy's a vice you bear

I'll pray you learn not to compare

Additionally, it is my prayer

The things you have, you willingly share


If unforgiveness is your vice

Pray you recall the mercy of Christ

Lord, Jesus's willing sacrifice 

So we'll join him in paradise 


Whatever reason you need prayer

If you've the willingness to share

You only need make me aware

I'll pray for you because I care

Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working

How Did I Get Here? How did I get here? I don't know Seemed sometimes fast, other times slow Though, does not matter what the pace Still wonder how came to this place How did I reach this point in time? Reality of it's so sublime For most of journey was uphill Through hard fought land, yet, I'm here still How did I get from there to here? In baby steps year after year?
