 My Prayer For You 

This is my prayer for you today 
You feel God in a profound way 
So clear there's no mistaking it
You know was done deliberate 

Today I pray your eyes see clear
How God loves you and holds you dear
The countless ways he cares for you
The troubles that he gets you through 

My prayer for you is that you know
How many people love you so
That you are of infinite worth
There's no one like you on the earth

Today, I pray you trust God's plans
And know all things are in his hands
I pray your faith stays ever strong
Especially when things go wrong

I ask the Lord to keep you safe
And lead you to a peaceful place 
Where rest and quiet calm all stress
A place of love and happiness 

I also pray God gives you hope
In future, and helps you to cope
With obstacles that come your way
And that his love will fill your day

I pray God makes your purpose known
And that you'll never feel alone 
That you are blessed with trusted friends 
And know on Christ you can depend

Finally, I pray over your health
And that you're blessed with spiritual wealth 
Joy, patience, kindness, faithfulness 
Generosity and gentleness 

All of these things I pray for you
For each one, our great God can do
So now go forth and do the same
Pray all of this in Jesus' name

  Choose Joy Whenever there's a choice to make Let joy be path you choose to take When love and hate are on the scale Let love be one that does prevail When anger - patience doth compete And people we tend to mistreat It's said we sow in what we reap So, sow in patience- temper keep When circumstances bring you down And all you want to do is frown Choose happiness instead, my friend Then soon you'll see your sadness end I know it's easier said than done Often more battles devil's won But get back up and try some more  For after all, God's won the war Choose kindness 'stead of getting back Instead of shortness, practice tact With every godly choice you make The devil's grip begins to break With practice, then quite soon you'll see Good choices come more easily Thus, love and joy will conquer strife Becoming hallmark of your life
