Through different stories, you could scroll

Then choose one that suits you the best

Not have to be in all the rest

With button push, fast forward through 

All bad things that happen to you

They'd still be there, but quickly pass

So pain they cause won't have to last

What if life had a mute button

Block Satan's lies before begun

Or quiet world's cacophony 

Instead, hear peace's harmony

How great if life you could rewind 

Correct mistakes the second time

Then, when you have, just push replay

So life turns out a better way

Be wonderful to just press pause

Avoiding trouble life can cause 

Till you've had time to work things through

Then push resume and start anew

We all know life can't work that way

With button push, watch play by play

For seems remote someone did hide

Or maybe batteries have died

Life's problems have an antidote 

It's who's in charge of the remote

For when controller's in our hands

We find that life has other plans 

Give up control; put in God's palm

Have faith, and trust, and remain calm

He holds universal remote

Controls it all for he's the G.O.A.T.

Dear Father, on my knees, I fall

Give up control, surrender all

To live my life within your will

My godly purpose to fulfill

Not to erase or to rewind

Each moment cherish as designed

Yet, if fast-forward to the end

With you for all eternity spend
